Krishan Soni pipped overnight leader Debasis Chakrabarty at the post to win the title in the 3rd Sandeep Memorial State Level Chess Tournament, which concluded at Secretariat Recreation Club here today. In the nine-round tournament, organised by Bhubaneswar Chess Association, Soni topped the table with eight points. Chakrabarty finished runner-up with 7.5 points.
